Scent of Happiness for Your Winter Blues…

lavendarThere’s nothing better than a little AROMATHERAPHY – essential oils, incense or soy candles, organic soaps to perfumes.  It reduces stress and anxiety especially during the winter months.  My favorite essential oils or scented soy candles – lavender (soothes and calming effect) and grapefruit (clears the clutter from your mind).  Or sgrapefruitpraying a little bit of your favorite perfume will remind you of your feminity. – lavender blossom soap – brazilian mango grapefruit soy candles
