Nisa’s unique cuisine focuses on subtly balanced nuances of bold flavors from around the world.  She works with local farmers and hand selects the finest fresh ingredients producing a cuisine that appeals to a broad audience and

makes this cuisine unmistakably hers. We generally customize a menu based on hand select seasonal and sustainable ingredients along with specific personal requests (organic, gluten and lactose free ingredients) from our clients.  We enjoy working with our clients and offer various selections and style of cuisine from different regions around the world (Asian, Italian, Spanish, French, South American, South Pacific, North African, All American, and many others).
